I also received 2 links from Greymist as a review copy. According to MOZ first page has DA 29 and PA 37, second page 23 DA and 22 PA. Content was clearly spun, but relevant images were added. Websites don't look that bad, they have own logos, just like a normal blog. So if you have low competition keyword and you not consider your website as your main profit in the next 10 years - it is a good deal.
