So, I’m fairly new to this whole social media marketing, but feel like I know enough to get started. I created a new FB account, then created a fan/business page through the newly made FB account. I then linked the FB account/page to the new-ish IG account that I’m growing so that I can create promotions and ads. I went ahead and made an ad, which got approved, but then a couple hours later when I went to check the status and analytics via IG, it asked me to log into the FB, which I then come to find out that the account has been disabled. I figured, no big deal since both the IG and FB are fairly new, I’ll just go ahead and create the FB page off of my personal FB page, this way it won’t get disabled...however, when I went to unlink the disabled FB page, it said that I have an active promotion that needs to be disabled before unlinking. Well, I go to cancel the promotion and it the prompts me to log into the FB (which is disabled), and doesn’t let me do so. With all this said, it appears that I’m unable to unlink my disabled FB account because I have an active ad (which doesn’t even seem to be active since I put $10/day and it’s been 2 days and it says I’ve only spent .06 cents) that I can’t cancel due to not being able to log in............because it’s disabled! UGH! Beyond annoying! Does ANYONE know how to fix this or a way around it? Thanks in advanced!
