There are some duplicates from yesterday & a few false-positives, from the 22 I found above 65DA/PA I only managed to register 5

Not sure, I've already seen a lot of these no idea why tumblr doesn't allow to register these

Not all 404 tumblrs are available for registration.
Think about it. Banned tumblrs are never made available by tumblr again.

Instead, you have to find those that are deleted willingly by their owners.
Until you don't try to register them, you won't know if they are truly expired and not banned.
