IG differs between Desktop/Mobile Browser acc creation. While Desktop is more abused, they are for sure, stricter. The difference are the fingerprint methods. Among other things they are using the canvas fingerprint method but on mobile (iOS for example) they have limited possibilities due apple and environment restrictions to fingerprint as via desktop.
Why do you want to use a proxy/public wifi? Safest method:
- use your own 3g connection
- create acc on your smartphone with your browser in private mode
- verify your acc after registration with the same ip as created
- close your browser/all ig tabs
- disconnect 3g connection and connect again to get a new ip
- repeat all steps and create your desired amount of accs
When you want to use an acc for uploading a photo, just make sure you have a new 3g connection (where you don't created an acc), log into your acc and upload photos.

Ok so the fingerprints are only Ip based?
What I am basically doing is that I am creating accounts on my iPhone with the browser and then logging them in into my app and upload the pictures. I can’t create the accounts with the app anymore because i created too many. But on browser it still allows me to create them.
This is why I was scared that even if I use 3g and turn it off and on that it would create footprints because in the end I am still logging them all into the instagram app to upload the pics.
So basically that’s not a problem as long as I keep turning 3g on and off?

Great suggestion! If you allow me I have a questions in mind raised when I read you post.
I totally agree with the use of mobile connection!
What I don’t undersand is what is the difference beteeen desktop browser and mobile browser. Will IG not flag the account that was created from mobile browser with the thinking “why is he using the browser on mobile when he can use the app?” logic.

No, the browser fingerprints are not ip based, they are system/environment based. Due system restrictions millions of people have the same mobile fingerprints. IG can't get your device id or mac address thru the browser like they are doing it with the official app, so millions of people are not really to identify.
DON'T LOG IN WITH YOUR IG APP! When you log in, IG app will check your device id. They are able to correlate all your accs which you use with the same mobile phone.
Just log in with your mobile browser and upload photos. Then you have no problems at all.
IG will not flag your created acc from the beginning if you use my creation method above. Sure, they know that your accs are not created via app but this is not a disadvantage. These days many people are more carefully concerned about apps (tracking, spying etc...). IG loves content and unique individuals. When you won't spam the shit out of this accs you'll be fine and will be able to use your accs long term without any problems.
The main difference is: IG is designed for smartphones. 1 official app, 2 mobile browser, 3 desktop. It's common that people may try IG via browser before they use the official app for further steps. That's why the app has all the features and browser only some. When you want to create footprint less accs on Desktop it's makeable, but you need a lot of technical experience to fool all the fingerprint methods to not get flagged within your accs.

Again I have few questions.
I understand the part about using Instagram from mobile and creating accounts from the biwser with the use of mobile data, and turning on and off the data to optaon new IP address.
My question is: When accounts are created, will it be not suspicious when I try to import them to a software for automation with IPv4 proxy? For example I create the account from my phone from Country A. No problems so far because of the reasons you mentioned above with I agree with.
What i cannot explain to myself is, after creation obvious the account will be imported to automation software with IPv4 proxy (cannot afford mobile and the accounts are cpa accounts anyways) and they will be logged in from country B. Maybe that is not too much issue too? After just one PV or EV? It will still be good?
Also what is your opinion on not being able to post? I create accounts wit Multilogin app, disable webrtc and it doest ask me for PV straight after creation. Because I used to do it with selenium but webrtc was not disabled and was asking for PV straight after creation. I am happy that I can create accounts without PV (at least in the creation stage) but when I import them to automation software, the moment I try to post, I get PV. After PV 8

Phones have unique ID's. You should probably buy the accts from different providers then use them from the PC.

If you do it right then it's not suspicious and works like a charm. Imagine your on holiday with friends and some of them are not using IG yet. They register their accs on holiday and some days later they are back in their home country. Just a normal behavior.
EV and PV are for new accs not bad or a sign got flagged. Just security checks. IG wants to verify that you're the right owner. Most of the time EV/PV will be triggered when device id or ip/provider switched while logging in/importing.
So you get PVs after every post or just for the first one? It could be several reasons if you're not able to post. If you used a low score mail provider like mail.ru etc... (use more trusted ones like gmail.com) or when accs are created on datacenter ips or your proxy has a low score/maybe flagged.
If you want to minify EV/PV, create your accs like I described in my first post. If you are using Multilogin App with a desktop environment you need to fool many fingerprints and logging methods from IG to not trigger a lot of EV/PV.
FYI: importing accs make only sense if creation environment and botting environment is the same. When you create accs on desktop and import afterwards to mobile (most bots use fake mobile environment) then this might look suspicious and trigger EV/PV. In this case, don't import cookies from desktop rather make a new log in with your accs created ip/provider to minimize triggers.
