Somebody contacted me and blindly, I responded.

You still read my messages & warned me.

I didn't engage the activity nor solicit the person. I didn't violatee any terms. They did.

I had No intent to do a money exchange... Nor knew about the concept of people doing what they offered...... so why would i know or look for the rule ? ? If they are soliciting it.. they should be looking at that.

Until this other person solicited me..... I didn't even think of the idea presented

And After that, i talked with the person and explained what i do and they did what they do. Okay, so I say lets follow the rules and make a post. For some reason, that 'mystery' figure won't post publicy though their account is about 4 years old. To me looks like a mod undercover but I can't judge it. Just found it all weird and creepy.

i got a warning not so long ago because of this. First i didnt really understand but It was my mistake.. Alot of transaction between members happened here everyday .. you didnt see lot of complaints. it just show us that BHW is a serious place.

No sub shots were taken - I answered as clearly as I could in this thread to the questions and comments. Had I wanted to take a shot I would have been direct and done that.

You and he BOTH violated the terms of service here.

He offered to sell (exchange currency) you agreed to act, you set up terms and you gave your skype out.

The response when someone wants you to violate on BHW is to decline.

As to you thinking this might be a set up... not even close, Cousin. It's enough work around here to deal with normal and customary moderation needs without picking out a random member and trying to get them to violate. Also, that makes no sense as part of our goal is to grow the forum and one way to do that is to keep members happy.

We are not going to go round and round with you on this warning (in fact I gave you ample time to just accept it and apologize via PM but you kept telling me I was wrong in one way or another) like we did via PM as you are taking up much more resources than one should be allocated based on the minor warning you got.

Now, if you had not busted my balls for an hour or whatever time you took from me today over this and just fessed up to agreeing to sell (do a currency exchange) I would have worked with you.
