I think he means you'll get free hosting, and you can host unlimited domains of your own on that hosting. Not free domain registration.

i checked .tk .ml. .ga. .cf domains are free like all other crappy free domain providers. Could be used to create buffer sites though.

Nobody gives you anything for free. Just Google the "ohosti" and you will see all the shitty reviews popping out.

Nope they arenot reliable, many negative reviewe across hosting forums, freenom domain are free for 1 year only, why nit buy a domain from godaddy often they lower the prices [specific domains] to 1$, for a year next to free, enjoy free domain

This is a nice method actually. I just landed to the website and there is nothing to watch at. You can see a google ad banner in the middle, lol. Prices are zero because the plan is: set and forget. This can turn viral, from time to time, and bring some bucks. Many marketers will share this in various forums in order to check is it legit. Nice one.

Edit: LOL, this guy is wisely promoting this... Just look at the title, says everything.
