Thanks for the detailed first post. Took some notes.
Good lock on your journey op!
Good lock on your journey op!
With coupons you didnt have enough time to optimize, its better to pay for ads, if you want long term project and avoid the hassle. You are spending your own money for bing insted of using coupons. Why? Dose coupons trick is outdated?
Hey, you know that it's not real time? Just wait, no need to get fast with PPC, increase your bid in case that It doesnt works, and if its really a problem you can call Bing, they can help you!

Are you collecting emails on your landing page?
You already started the Journey before the thread, that’s some seriousness and will definitely keep following. Goodluck
Good luck op, Just want to ask you, are you using squeeze pages? or you are promoting landing page > offer

Following your thread, sounds interesting.
Thanks everyone. Not gonna stopGood luck on your journey
All methods works, you just need to update on new things, only platforms can be dead.Feels like 2013 for me..
Maybe instead of 60$ for one ad copy I would suggest to make 3 ad copy with different LP and keywords with 20$ each per day(if you still want to spend 60$ per day). Also speak with your affiliate manager, setup conversion tracking to see which keywords converts.Update

Sadly no conversions today. My bingads stats seem to be good with a decent ctr and cpc.
So what I'm going to do now is create my own landing pages. For anyone following along and trying to go through a journey themselves, always make your own landing pages! I was hoping I could take the lazy way out and just use their landing page but it's not working. Here's why:
1. You can't even track who goes completely through the funnel
2. You don't have control over what is shown.
3. You can't test any changes regarding headlines, call to action, or ANYTHING on the landing page
My plan is to first make a copy of their landing page because I do think it's good but I'll be able to test differences with certain elements in it. I'll also be making different kinds of landing pages. This will give me so much better data to work with.
Overall I'm down about $60 so far total which is not too much considering how much I'm learning and keyword data I'm getting. I do wish I created separate landing pages earlier so I would have data on that BUT it's better to start late than never!

GL!
Great Journey. Was going to do something same CB+Bing and Adwords almost everything is completed and I will start running my ads after some competitor's keyword research.
But after reading everyone's point of view regarding CB is making me feel depressed. I have already lost lots of $$ in IM and never got any success till now. I thought CB+Bing will be the change i was looking for but all the negative things about CB has started to hold me back again and make me think i will fail on this one too, even before starting it.
I was inspired by this thread. And only positive thing I am seeing here is that my competitor is promoting the CB product from last 4 years and still promoting it , with I think a minimum budget of $500/ month.
I am not. I'm not sure what it is and how to do it. Will do research on it. Any resources you can recommended on learning how to do it correctly? Are you doing remarketing of your traffic?
Anything can be profitable if you put enough work into it. Obviously some people are going to prefer some affiliate networks over others but there are people promoting all kind of different things, including Clickbank, making 6-7 figures. Don't be afraid to go into something but just remember there are a lot of trash products on Clickbank. Make sure to promote a good one so you get more conversions and less refunds.
Update
Don't have much to update on today. I was able to get stats on how many people go from my landing page to the offer page and its about 25% of the people. I'm not sure if that's good or not could someone chime it on it? My ad ctr is around 8% and cpc around .35-.40. So I'm sending about 30 people to the product page daily after them going through my lander. I'm using a news article type landing page for now. Sadly it doesn't seem to be working. Got no conversions today. I was searching for other offers similar to the one im promoting and noticed there was one with a free trial offer rather than a purchase. I'm thinking of setting up this offer instead of my current one. Does anyone have experience offering free trials rather than products? I would be getting like 60% less per conversion but if more people sign up for it then it's worth it. Let me know if you think it's a good idea. I'm likely going to set it up anyways when I get accepted for the offer so I'll let you guys know
I'm going to stop posting pictures unless something good has happened. It's a bit of a hassle uploading and embedding it every time. Sorry for those who like my pictures!
