Is the largest REIT in the world with a market cap of over $60 billion. Pays some good dividends quarterly. Vanguard is heavily invested in it (VTSAX is over $1.6 billion alone of AMT stock). Safe stock with a strong future and fast growth.

The best time to plant a tree was yesterday, the next best time is today. 100% isn’t a lot in this market, I’ve been making low risk trades.

Of course this market is extremely high risk so I don’t want my opinion to sway you, just giving my experience. But I took 2 months to intensely study the market and learn how to use the chart tools.

I recommend learning how to use the macd, rsi, and moving average tools, I learned from YouTube.

I would wait until next year to put money in the market tbh... the only "safe" bets right now are BTC, Zcash and Monero, have in mind they can still drop around 30% more (I have buy orders set at 4.5k for BTC and at $80-$100 for Zcash)

Anyways, I believe BTC is going to $100k but if you want something more risky, take a look at NULS, VET and SNOW - Snowblossom (this one is pretty risky but the potential is huge)

2. It has absolutely bottomed after poloniex delisting.
3. It used to cost like 0.03 btc per bitcoin plus but currently it's trading at 0.001 btc.
4. It bottomed at 0.0006 btc and if you look at the charts and buy orders at cryptopia, you'll see that it has no chance going any lower than 0.0008 btc. I suppose its an awesome buy at 0.001 btc.
5. Just buy it and keep staking to get 20% returns annually
6. It used to be above $100 not very long ago but currently it's around $6-7. It bottomed at $3.9.
7. Its an easy x5-6 (in terms of satoshi price) in the coming few months.

The problem is one can't really compare it to the prices back in January. The market was in a manic state and pretty much every single coin, including shitcoins rose with several 100%.

In these times I would rather put my money in projects that have their fundamendals in order. Most altcoins these days are -80-98% so the cheap price is not really that much of a argument.

To me it looks like just another shitty POS coin that has adopted the BTC name to gain traction, I have not done a enough research on it though so feel free to shill it to me.

1. What does the coin offer that makes it unique?
2. How many people are actually using the coin for transactions?
3. Whats the community like?
4. How many people are working with the project?
