Shadow Banned Babe Account Revival?

So i have a really nice account, engagement is awesome!

recently i think ive been shadow banned becuase i dont show up for any hashtags
Before i was ranking at the top for all

Can this be fixed? DO i take a break from hashtags for a while?
Or do i need to deactivate the account?

I read that by contacting support you can get this issue resolved. I contacted support and instead they banned my account. Adult niche ofc.

I feel like Instagram is doing a lot to shadow ban accounts

i contacted support but they always say " Oh its not banned"

then i use the tags and they show up for a few minutes, then gone!

i read somewhere that u should deactivate your account for a few days?

Here is the number one thing I can tell you that removes shadowbans every time.

1. Stop using hashtags for a week. 0 hashtags, 1 post per day.

2. Engage with your followers. Automate some comment likes and story views of your own followers. Not people you follow necessarily, just people who follow you.

3. (Optional) Use a powerlike network. I use it to help un shadowban pretty quickly as it drives explore engagement.

4. After 1 week, use no more than 11 hashtags when posting. Ever. 11 or less. Only use them if highly relevant. Be slow when starting to use hashtags again, start with 2-3 and look at your insights.

powerlike network is crappy these days,its much cheaper to buy likes from panel than those shitty power likes, they used to work fine, but now they are just a regular piece of garbage.

I do offer my own network, so I have a decent idea of what I am talking about when it comes to powerlikes, tho I will admit many providers are not up to par.

every seller will tell you how their power likes work so you would buy them but Instagram's new algorithm noticed those same people from their groups are liking the same photos.T he real story is that power likes and cheap likes from the panel actually don't work.
