How to create a USA bank account

I need to create a fake USA bank account to withdraw money from my limited PayPal account. Is it possible to create a USA bank account with a fake name and withdraw money from PayPal? If it is possible, what services can I use to create a new Bank account? Please help, this is an emergency.

You can have Payoneer or Skrill account with your own details and documents and then you can move your funds from Paypal to skrill or payoneer account.
Alternately simply send your money to your other paypal account from where you can withdraw it easily.

Don't use fake names when it comes to money.Authorities suspect tax evasion and money laundering when you do these things.

I suggested Transferwise Borderless US VBA before to you, have you tried that? Supposedly it works with PayPal.

Edit: Ah, i see, so your PayPal isn't on your name.

The best option for you is Payoneer or Skrill account with your real name and details and transfer funds from Paypal to this Payoneer or Skrill account

Make a skrill account and sent the money there it worked for me , skrill is easy to make an account then order a card and get your money costs 10$ from skrill!

To open a US bank account living outside the States, you need to be able to provide the same things that US residents can/do: a driver's license, a valid Social Security number, and a domestic address. I'm assuming you are an expat (otherwise you wouldn't have a SSN and thus wouldn't be able to do this) so just put down the mailing address as one of your relatives or friends who can forward you things (or if you don't have friends, use something similar to Earth Class Mail to give you an mailing address).
