Hello

I've been using JCI from last couple of months so far it's fine but same time it's pretty bad when it comes to provide support. am I only one facing this? every time I have to wait 3-4 days to get the answer from support guy.

can you guys suggest any good alternative with active support?

Almost every cloaker got this problem, they take time to respond.

You can contact our support email, or via Skype. You can PM me your username and I will make sure you will have instant support

Well what do you need support with?
I've been using JCI for ~6 months now, never had any support requests since their tutorial is so comprehensive.

Yeah, JCI was working for me on adwords for a long while. But my account got banned few hours later when i ask them to switch my account to monthly base, and i paid. They have refund policy on website, i was trying contact them on the same day, but he disappeared on my skype.
 
I'm trying to reach out recently. Please let me know if you support Native (RevContent). I've already used JCI for a month and need to renew the account. Please send me the payment link, appreciate it.

I know you are not giving any instant support and I was trying to buy your service but the support person just blocked me and i would like to tell you jci support if you cant help new customer I do not know if you only help your existing customer and if this is true then you are money minded . atleast you should help someone when they ask to .

They do not care about new customer they are very money minded bro
I am waiting for them to help me but they blocked me from chat no reply at all i dont know why they are doing I want to subscribe and they do not help at all

Yes, very same thing happened with me too. I have also raised some queries about campaign setting but they didn't replied in a whole week.
lastly I signed up a new cloaker recommended by friend and they are providing proper support everytime.
I'm really satisfied with the service of Trafficsheild.io , they are quite cooperative and informative.

What exactly did you need assistance with? As the campaign is something you optimize and not them, they just provide the cloaking service.
