• Link is placed on a high authority site (for metrics' lovers, DA is +70 and PA is +30)
  
• Link is branded
  
• Link is placed among other "sites" in the same niche in order to look natural
  
• Link tag is nofollow (no problem for me as long the page gets indexed)

Overall, this is a good link for diversification.

The exact url according to Ahrefs was UR12,DR88 and an Ahrefs Rank of around 2,500
Homepage on Majestic TF 45, CF 54.
Moz DA78, PA59 homepage, Moz rank 5 but the actual page itself; PA35, Moz Rank 3 obviously DA was still 78.

Checked on Ahrefs and the link isn't showing as yet, report was only sent yesterday but I'm sure this will be a very powerful link.
