Well for eg. lets take the basic link wheel where you provide 2 unique articles..now il re-write those 2 articles to form a basic wheel with 6 spokes. Now when I say re-writing its just not spinning words in between sentences but il make sure the article itself seems different ( 40-60% unique).

The time to see the results cannot be predicted as I've read success stories where the site has jumped from far pages to 2'nd page of Google within a day or two ( Not so competitive keyword). But in my experience, with enough social bookmarking links to your wheel spokes, you should be indexed and be able to see some of the web 2.0 properties in the listing within a week from the date of creation. As these web 2.0 properties rank well, eventually your money site will also follow their rankings.
