Where to get graphics that have a consistent theme?

For sites like this (https://growthbadger.com/remarketing/), are the graphics on the site all custom made? They all have a consistent feel to them.

Are there good ways to find or make similar pictures online? Preferably free.

@Visual Eagle @davids355 My bad, it's actually a remnant from Hypershoot (pinterest for websites) it adds the ref when I click on any link saved. (just forgot to remove)

@affbull I'd just double check the MIT license - but I've seen numerous startups on Product Hunt using them without any link/attr. (Just double check!)
