Can I push a Facebook page which I'm not owner/admin of?

Guys, I know pretty well how to support Instagram accounts that I don't own or run, but how would I go about doing the same thing for a Facebook page?

I know I could of course always comment on their posts, share them, like them, but is there stronger stuff that will bring them fans?

For instance, can I pay for advertising for someone else's page?
Would mentioning the page on promoted posts work?
Any ideas?

You just need to have access of that page so that you can add in the advertising account. However, they will eventually know that someone is sending traffic to the page.

Otherwise you can I guess just promote a link to their page as the only real way (link to page), if you promote them and tag them they will be notified so unfortunately can't do that from another page.

While I'm at it: has anybody ever tried to fire 1000s of links at a Facebook page? Like in parasite SEO? What would happen inside Facebook?

Good question, SMM panels are my backup plan. Just to show that the numbers have changed.
