Is there someone who sells verified PayPal accounts ? And if so any reliable ones ?

Paypal India has too many restrictions !!

All new accounts come with initial withdrawal limitations.
But as you develop good history with your account all limitations will be eventually removed.
If you need an account with all your original documents then its better to apply for it yourself.
It is not very hard to get approval.

If you are looking for stealth Paypal accounts then you can search in the marketplace here and

use a provider in the misc with the limits you need contact a provider ...

What restrictions?
Your money is automatically withdrawn to the bank account automatically at the end of the day , which has a huge tax implication ,
Secondly the documentation is different to collect money from local people (I.e collecting from Indians )

Since when bro? This applies just to India?

From 2010 or so , yes it applies only to Indian users , its like yout money is auto withdrawn + the documents that you need to provide to collect money from outside India and within India is entirely different so that's a big problem .

How is there a tax implication? The money in any Indian Paypal is reported to the tax authorities irrespective of if you make a withdrawal or not. The auto withdrawal is an RBI measure since India doesn't allow Indian users to hold USD wallets.

The documentations aren't a whole lot different either. It's the same process that Indian providers like Paytm require.

If you're so insistent on being able to accept Indian payments - you could always use bank transfers etc.

Getting a stealth PayPal will only get you so far. And it is a risky measure if you're a legit business.

It needs a copy of pan card which I don't have right now after a few days i am registering a business outside India altogether ,
Tax implication as you cannot show that as an expense !!

You don't have a PAN card which is a basic Indian tax identity? How are you filing your returns then?

Your definition of tax implication is flawed. Post withdrawal, you can show your legit expense as an expense. When it is withdrawn, it is an income. A fees invoice along with a GST invoice is also provided on a monthly basis.

I have it issued , I had lost it , and tax implication is when I use my individual PayPal account after I register the company , sorry for being vague ,
And to reapply pan I would need to change the name in the aadhaar because my aadhaar has a slight difference and i'm unable to apply for a copy of the pan.

Aadhaar changes take a day or two at max, and can be done online.

You had a PAN card and you don't have a photocopy or scan somewhere?

Also, if you register a company - you open a business PayPal account. You're allowed to have one Personal and one business Paypal.

Again, your "tax implication" term is flawed.

Before you go scouting for Payment Processors - it'd be a good idea to get your basic identity documents in order.

I am planning to register a company outside India, and I'd be registering a PayPal business account in its nmw once it is ready , but in the meanwhile I wanted to sell ,
I don't have a scan anywhere that is the real issue for me , I had recently lost my documents and don't want to wait for the time I get those things sorted out ,
Pan is not needed by anyone else other than to register a company in India , which I won't do
The tax implication ,
If I register a company say xyz limited ,
And use my personal account to collect the payments , I will not be able to deduct expenses ,
Because I'm an individual , that is what I meant by a tax implication !

Registering a company outside India while being an Indian citizen is not as easy as you think. There is a lot of accounting and financial countermeasures involved.

Also, you are required to submit your National Identity (such as a passport).

While India allows its residents to hold foreign accounts and ownership of companies for market reasons (such as entering a market like Europe) - doing it for the sole purpose of not paying taxes is plain and simple tax evasion. Something you can be jailed for.

Even Estonia's e-residency program (which I use to explore the European markets) requires a thorough background check and then an e-residency card is granted by the Estonian embassy in Delhi.

There are other ways, where you can register companies through an agent but it is clear tax evasion.

If you register XYZ "Pvt." Ltd. - you can open a Paypal account almost immediately with that name and start accepting payments.

Meanwhile, you can have a talk to your CA and file your taxes as either an OPC or a Proprietorship. As an individual, you are allowed to deduct expenses.

If you are at all serious about your business, a stealth account can do more damage than good. If I could only tell you the horror stories people have had because they couldn't claim ownership of a Paypal account when asked for it by Paypal.

OK

Thanks for the info about stealth account ,
My idea isn't about tax evasion ,
I already have registered a UK limited company and an llc for a few friends , they don't require any id proof , however a bank account needs one , which could also be the aadhaar ,
And pure software patents aren't granted in India , you will need to tie it up with hardware ,
Secondly you need two directors , and I don't want to involve family into this neither do I have another reliable person for being a director , opc has several limitations ,
For me an llc or a limited in the u.k looked the best suitable .
Once I get income I would pay taxes for the income that I take out of the company too .
