I'll leave the commenting on whether it is the best bot to others so you can have an impartial opinion. But to run 300 accounts, 2gb of USABLE memory will be fine . By usable, I mean if the machine is 2gb and 1gb is basically used by the OS and other programs you run, there is only 1gb usable.

What is your issue with Twitterdub ?
It is recoded and is much better than before and just amazing. I use it for growing my 3 Twitter profile.
