I never had problems getting indexed, my problems is how to get a good PR

Usually I do this:
1. Build a WP blogs in a directory of your site that want to be indexed, add a wordpress ping list I attach in the attachments. Add your homepage url in the blogroll or url list and post 1 or 2 a day in the blog.
2. Create a new blogger blogs, post once or twice with your website url in your post.
3. Create a google pages at googlepages.com, create 1 or 2 post with your website url
4. Done

With this methods I get indexed in google under a week, usually 3-4 days.

I never had problems getting indexed, my problems is how to get a good PR

Usually, getting PR takes getting links to your site from other sites with high PR. I don't really understand why you care about your BH sites getting high PR, though. Most of mine get indexed fast, earn for a while, and then get de-indexed -- at least by Google. I don't expect them to last long enough to care about PR, just how much they earn!

I like some of my BH site to live a little longer if possible, and a good PR will make sure they'll sit at least on the few first page of SERPS on my keyword.

I think it will give a better sales, especially in affiliate product site. Never tried it yet, usually I do hit and forget just like you do.
