I have a website with good views, I've published a new post 2 days ago. I've submitted the new URL to google explorer and requested to index. I also have submitted the sitemap again. But i search the url on google and my website post doesn't appear

The google tool has worked instantly for other websites. this time is not the case

what can i do to get indexed faster without having to do shit links?

recommendation is to keep on normal behavior but for to little boom you have to use
1.fetch url from webmaster
2.submit proper sitemap with daily visit frequency
3.Some powerful back links not in bulk
4.some social signals

Dont do on bulk if you have new fresh domain otherwise your domain will be get plenty

Are you talking about indexing or ranking.

You said you "searched on google"... people usually mean a regular query by this.

Anyway... If it it indexing issue try video sitemap or any of the below:

Post your link to google plus or some social network where google will pick it up.

The fastest way I can think of is posting the link you want indexed on the right sub-Reddit
