I'm new here and no much experience with YouTube, i started just before 2 days ago
I uploaded 3 videos
The first video ranked in the first page 3 position : 489 views
The second ranked in the first page 5 position : 251 views
The third ranked in the first page 6 position : 94 views
Subscribers : 5
Views : Real people

I have actually recently analyzed some stats and ranking. Some videos with like 5k views and moderate SEO were ranked #1 for mutli-million monthly search words. One video I found was top 3 (or something) for a several hundred thousand keyword with NO seo whatsoever. When I say NO seo, I mean it. No description, no tags, nothing, only the keyword in the title.

So youtube is all kinds of fucked up and exploitable in some way right now.

I don't know if I would say it's fucked up. Maybe they're killing it with off-page seo. Did you peek and see how many backlinks and social signals they had?
