A couple of things.
There are some answers here talking about DMCA but when your content is a few dozen words and a list of a third party service you can't copyright that. Anyone who tells you otherwise is just parroting something they read somewhere. I've been on both sides of this and you don't have a copyright claim anyone is going to listen to.
This is clearly an automated site. You could do a spam report on Google you *might* get it slapped eventually but it won't be a quick answer, Google won't tell you anything and even if the site does get hit if it was profitable it'll just pop back up on another domain.
If you want to outrank it build links. But without even looking at the keywords stats I can tell you it's probably not worth the bother.
