50 clicks. I just used the traffic I got, so Indian, but also British and US traffic.

For me 50 clicks not enough to come a conclusion. Especially if bulk is from India. Would not even count those. If after 500-1000 & no big profit, need to change something up / move on.
Try this. Take your cpa offer and put it in an iframe. On top of the page put a countdown timer for 600 seconds. Google templates/tutorials on how to set it up. Say to your leads you are testing their typing speed, how fast they can complete an offer, as these offers are the types of things they will be doing when they work for you on this job you're promoting.

Any email submit offer will work. Sweepstakes. Free stuff. Chance to win xyz.
For example my network has an offer for free AXE body spray -- email submit -- $1.20. It's an offer where it asks lead to input their personal information name/address/country & email to get chance to win axe body spray.
That would work fine. The lead doesn't care about the axe body spray. They think this is a pre-qualification test to see if they are going to get your job. They think "I will fill this form out as fast as I can so I can work for him".
If you have nothing like that on your network, go to www.offervault.com and search phrases "email submit" "zip submit"

In web design niche, it doesn't work. Maybe if you start using iframes and tell other people from niches like data entry. but that's not something i'm willing to do.

This is pretty smart (in a dodgy way) so I salute you for your creativity there however keep in mind methods like this will never truly scale and make big dollar. I suppose it's decent cash to invest in other more sustainable projects.

yeah ogads would work. any aff network should work. use domain like "riseofempirejobs.com/jobs" to make it look legit.

It's normal for them to want name/address/SSN and now even a phone call. There's some threads on bhw floating around on how to handle the phone call as a newbie.
Some networks only want veterans. Others are more lenient and don't mind approving a beginner. Only way to get around is to cast more fishing poles into the water. Apply for more networks. Eventually you will get in.
