Warming up IG accounts?

HEllo, I have been trying IG + CPA for about a week now and have made a couple dollars. My main problem is that my accounts get banned, I have finally started using proxies and it is still happening. Is there a good way to warm up an account so in the long run it doesnt get banned?

- Number of actions?

He didn't say his accounts were being blocked, he said banned. Bans don't last 24 hours buddy.

Yes they are getting banned, had a batch of 10 accounts all with different proxies, first 2 got banned after following 6 and 12 people in about 20 minutes, the next 6 were banned in the following 2 hours and I have 2 left that have both followed around 60 people each.

I have never experienced something like this.
I had accounts banned for being too agresive on the settings or for copyright claims.
But maybe 1 out of 20 and never when just starting.
The only reason I could tell with so few information is that it may be a proxy problem (proxies that were already banned by ig).

I'm guessing these are new accounts and not aged? Typically aged accounts are a little more stronger when it comes to bans, unless you're running them on a blacklisted ip. Never experienced an account being banned on the first day running it before.

Everyone is getting banned here and there. I guess no one here got 100% working instagram accounts without a single ban, so just keep going and create new ones. You are doing blackhat, bans are part of it.
