Don't listen to this. There are multiple programs you can buy from the marketplace to create bulk IG accounts.. and they don't cost $100, let alone $1k.

And to answer your question regarding buying blank accounts, you can buy aged accounts anywhere from $1+ and brand new accounts for as cheap as $0.11

If they are marketplace seller, then you no need to PM the seller name to others. Just mentions their user names.

I'm interested in this question as well, I know there's software, but I wanted to ask if anyone knows about a bot where I can put in names of accounts I'd like to register and the bot registers them (if available) to email adresses I own (and imported to the bot)?

for sure the problem is but moderators are well trained to punish them instead to remove Pm functionality
