Saw these free proxies...

I came across a website (first result on google for "free private proxy", excluding the google AD). It offers free private proxies, the auth is login or ip based (your choice).

Are they "safe" for IG? I would like to test them out but if anyone has an opinion, let me know

I also "saw these IG proxies" by enabling data on phone -> register IG -> disable data and turn airplane on -> use dual space (apks are there or "flash MIUI custom rom" obviously talking about android) -> turn off airplane (changes IP) and register 5 new accounts on dual space (same IP or 1 to be safe) ... clear data of dual space, repeat and add the rest into a bot.

Short run time.
A large number of free proxies in black lists.
There is an undeniable advantage, they are free and there are no restrictions on use.
