Facebook Business Verification - Unfairly Denied - Please Help!

Hello,

My Facebook developers account is going through Business Verification as part of the App Review process, and we are getting repeated denials despite following the instructions.

I've provided them with a UK Company Certificate of Incorporation. All have the same business name and address. But they are not able to verify my business. This is absolutely ridiculous.

They will not explain what the problem is–they just keep sending the same automated form letter rejection response. "Please provide additional information....".

• Business license
• Certificate of formation or incorporation
• Business Tax or VAT registration certificate

What I can do now.? Please help.

Make sure, that you are logged in with the right FB Account when you start the verification process.
With the right one, I mean the Profile with which is not only related to your Business Page, really the Profile which has created the Business Page in the past. It is really ridiculous, I know.

I am login from my real account and I created that Business Account.

It is very frustrating indeed. Do you also provide a declaration under penalty, that the information is true and accurate?

I would try to contact the Ad Support from FB and explain the situation in detail. Come up with something like... my company is planning to invest $$$ for App Install Ads but...
ask them to forward it to the responsible department.

1st, apply from a new ip address,
2nd, try different papers, they show you different options,
3rd, ip should be residential and not masked by any sort of proxy.
