You can probably find them in marketplace... I don't want to drop the link here but just go to buyaccs(dot)com. They have every possible account at the lowest prices I've ever seen. I think a lot of PVA sellers are just reselling their accounts. You have to get approved by them to use Paypal but they accept btc and other crypto without verification.

Just a funny , but effective idea. Use tor browser remove any running scripts beside what's necessary to create an account .. then jump over to guerilla temp mail (you can choose your mail name and keep using it off and on even if you leave he site) throw all your email and user names in a list. The time it takes to log in and out of each account makes your upvotes and downvotes seem natural. I've brought in millions of youtube views from this method over a span of time.

they really are not though.. it took an admin months to realize I was upvoting my youtube link posts

You can get people on upwork to create them using TOR to change ip/identity and yes the accounts work fine.
