so i am an indian thinking to do porn-reupload method. but from the past 2 months i cant do it because i saw some stories in here about this method saying that they got in jail because of this.
so is there any indian who is doing??

I am not sure you will go to jail, but I know that porn is punisable with jail in India, I am not sure if it is only the production, distribution or what part, but you would have to verify that with lawyers locally.

well you basically are stealing other people's work and there are consequences for that

You don't need to steal others content, you can get your own model to do it, not a problem if you do it right.
