Univa is right, it is 100% lifetime, I think it is a great deal, I can talk to my friend to give it for 50$ for BHW in case it won't break any rules, but am sure he won't be interested in opening a thread, fees and stuff to do that only.

If you have some family member in a college that gets Grammarly then you can get it for free(Or Find someone who can trade in an invite for some bucks).
Using similar account from sometime.

I think it won't be free for student. Once the college buys enterprise license, they have to pay for each student individually or staff. And it is undoubtedly more than 25$ what they got to spend each.
