Article Indexed but doesn't show in google when searching for it.

It's not a matter of ranking or not.

if I search for the URL in google it shows up as indexed however even VERY specific searches such as:
allintitle:"keyword"

which only has 5 results it doesn't show up at all not does it show up at all when searching for the keyword normally even though literally no website targets this keyword.

The article is now 10 days old.

the article / site is being sandboxed
people in other threads where talking about this thing being quite normal for new sites for the first few months
(it's probably also normal for a long-dormant site that finally started publishing new content)

It depends on a lot of factors, but I'm not qualified enough to provide the full list & recommendations.
But I've read in other threads that at least some pros just let it be for 2-4 months, without worrying about it; they just keep publishing new content.
