This example idea to spend free DO credit $100.
DO allow you to create 10 droppets at once. Ask support to increasing the limit when you got limited the number. For 60 days you can setup a squid and enjoy your own personal premium proxies. When IP got blocked, destroy the server and create new one. Happy abusing

You need to add cc or VCC .. this is mandatory .. so many providers has this trend going. Support sucks and never talks on point.. they tend to be indirect while talking so you can't sue them later.
As mentioned on post. Create droplet and use squid. Google how to install and setting the squid for "elite proxy".how do you make proxies with them?

I know some guys who run exactly same infrastructure and same things. Almost all the same features and they are super responsive.
They are pretty much transparent and tells users what is allowed what is not - not just sending out users to AUP page. Lol. DO is not clean but ok and you can go. They are money hungry.
