Hey guys I have an pretty serious question about webcam model thing,
I have tons of girls which I can potentially outsource to some agencies to do the work for them, I have a place to host them and everything necessary to make it happen.

Is there anybody in this niche doing the same?
Can anyone give me some hints where to look at to get the thing started? Any big modelling agencies who want's to hire ''my models''

So basically girls are from Eastern Europe ( Riga, Latvia ), they all speak perfect english and are 18-25 years old.
I can potentially get like 5-50 girls who can do the work (depends on the $$$ they are getting), I am just looking to earn commission from them and outsource the girls as I have the location to set up the 'cam' thing

Many people I know have tried it, BUT the real issue they have had is with the girls keep working and being professionals, most of them once they make a few bucks don't keep camming and it is difficult to create a loyal following like that.

I was gonna say, you should just cut out the middleman and find someone that can help you make a site and you can increase your revenue. Of course you will have to cover more things like making sure you're withing your countries guidelines but I'm sure with that specific niche you're gonna make money and it will all be worth it in the end.
