Need Urgent Help with GayPal

Hi,

So I logged into my account after about 6 months(one Plus year old account) and saw this message:

it is asking for SSN or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, I don't have any.

I have more than $200 in my account but can't use it.

Please help me out
