Edit: To my understanding let me know if i am wrong here, this is somewhat a tier based link building campaign, and the foundation is PR sites, 2nd layers is aged web 2.0 (network the same network will be used for other clients) so I don't really get any control over the foundation links and the rest is just juicing up the web.20's for 500usd i would atleast need somewhat control over the foundation so i can make edits in the future if needed. Just my POV again i am not sure if that right, please do let me know
