Hello

I have been working on my first website for about a month now (part time - I do have a full time job already)

I have 10 articles and am having a few issues with my blog posts (youtube embed issus & getting adsense ads to show up on my site). I have been using Gutenberg and I really liked the way gutenberg lets you insert/edit blocks and columns so that the blog posts look great.

However, with the embedding issues im having with Gutenberg , Im wondering if I should be using a page-builder program/software. I did a little bit of research and I see that Divi and Elementor are the most common ones.

I am using Colormag theme and really want to keep using as i love the homepage layout.

I just want to hear some opinions about Divi vs Elementor - pros & cons. I am a newb, so something simple to use is preferable. Do either of these page builders have a table template?

I know the Divi costs more....

Thanks in advance for any advice

Thread moved.

There is a big difference in the price of the two. Divi has the lifetime option for 249 while Elementor Pro is 199 yearly so Divi is cheaper in the long run. If you don't care about future feature updates then Elementor is cheaper at 49 (one site only) versus Divi at 89 (unlimited sites).
Divi does have a pricing table module but any other tables you have to create yourself.

i bought divi and there so much stuff from elegant themes that you get alongside with divi! the builder is really nice and easy to work with. i used elementor a little bit but i was very new and went straight into divi before learning elementor very well. i would do more research use the free version of elementor for a bit and see what you like. Also see what each has to offer in terms of what you need from each. I havent really done much with divi in terms of adsense and stuff on that side of things but i know you can add videos and all that jazz with both.

elementor, youll run into probs with divi and want to pull out your hair.

I've tried both and personally prefer Elementor as it is a bit easier imo. Elementor has a free version, maybe try using that and seeing how well you can understand it and the way it works.

I have a pro license for unlimited accounts so if you want I'm happy to login to your site and apply my license for you.

@SimpleWeb I would like the key too. I already have Elementor Pro from another BHW fella would only need the key, cheers.

Shoot me a PM. Happy to login and verify the key for you (as it only shows part of it to the logged in user) but don't want the full key being passed around.

I think
if u want a complete freedom on designing the pages. I recommend DIVI
or If you want more options then Elementor is the best for you.

I messed with lot of WordPress theme plugins etc etc and stumbled upon elementor end never looked back since.

thrive architect is another option if you want other alternative
