At this point, you are lacking of cash flow.

Work for someone online, they don't pay much but it beats writing for yourself and not earning anything from it.

Working as a VA/cheap writer/personal assistant will pay more than running your own blog, if you don't have the budget to compete on backlinks and content. It's easier to work with clients.

Revisit this idea later when you have better abilities to write/budget for building backlinks.

Sell your website on flippa and invest the money in a niche site. Do proper keyword research or let someone do it for you. There is plenty of sellers on this forum.

Long form content works great:1500 - 3000 words per article. (Don't just write for the sake of word count.)
Sprinkle some informative articles in between your review posts and link it to your landing pages.
Reach out to bloggers in the same niche and do some guest posting.

People are right you know. You should indeed sell/get rid of the site and build something more niche specific ( think niche within a niche ) and focus on quality instead of quantity.

I also suggest to avoid health and business niches as they are way too hard to do without a very solid budget. Find something much less competitive and build from there.

I think remaking current website will only be a waste of time and money, because you picked a highly competitive niche and your approach is way too broad. There are gazillion better resources of information related to health than what you offer on your website.

No offense, but you need to learn how to let go of a dead horse and move on.
