Which PROXY ? The definitive guide?

Hi I have read various topics but I still see a lot of confusion about which proxy to use to grow ig accounts via bots.
I would like this topic to be "the definitive guide" to understand the various differences between the proxies offered by the market and the pros and cons of each type of proxy.

I start with a question that has not 'given a definitive answer on the various topics, to grow ig accounts through bots (GMT, JARVEE) with follow / unfollow and repost what type of proxy to use? also list the motivation and if you have tried online services

No definitive guide but here's the short version :

Data center proxy = proxy in data centers, all have a common ASN (think same name), most bots use those, buy a dedicated one if you want to bot from an not so known source.

Mobile proxy = proxy from mobile data, excellent because not very used for botting, costly but can run heavy actions generally.

Residential proxy = proxy from residential area, can run heavy actions and mostly trusted by IG, costly too.

Wanna run accounts with cheap budget ? data center dedicated.
Wanna run client accounts with low risk but high money ? mobile or residential

Not sure if you are allowed to based on forum rules but what are some Mobile and Residential proxy providers you recommend? I use the Instagram Proxies from High Proxy just because when I got into this they are the ones Jarvee recommended but they are data center still. Not sure if that is effecting my accounts though, none of my accounts seem to be getting shadow banned but I do manage 2 larger verified accounts that might be worth getting better proxies for. I also am not very aggressive on those 2 and don't do follow/unfollow only auto liking.
