Youtube was down for a couple of munites some days ago and I know what ran through my mind all that time But my question is what would be your Fate if The whole Internet Shuts Down (if it is even possible)?

It's not possible because the internet is built on a distributed infrastructure. There is no central location where everything is controlled from so shutting down any part of "the internet" would not shut down the entire internet.

I guess the exceptions to this are large internet exchanges such as Linx in london (https://www.linx.net/) and also if some big name servers were attacked with DNS spoofing or something then it would have a pretty big effect on the internet.
