I made a visual scheme, how my page is structured, and need your advice on improvement.

The URL structure: pagename.com/hotels/country/city/hotel-name
Yoast Seo title: Hotel name, city, country I Pagename.com
Meta descriptions are manually written.

Your structure seems to be the norm, but if I were you I'd just try to structure my site like the popular sites in that niche an simply use my own branding. Follow the leader, and you will know what to do.

I made a research on one very popular page, that is a competitor in my niche. And I found that they are using 5 H1 tags, and lots of H2 and H3 tags inside each H1 tag. All SEO recommendations are suggesting to use one H1 tag. Here the structure of one popular page:

Page structure looks ok but you should mix your titles and not keep the same template with only one variable, the name of the hotel.

One more question. I have a landing page. The title is H1, then goes a list of hotel names with links, and after that is text block about the destination. Should I use H2 for each hotel name, and then use H3 for the text block title?

I guess if you want to rank for the words " hotel in city ".

Title should be like
XYZ hotel ,city (city = city name, xyz = hotel name)
It should be in URL of the page too.
It should be on the content heading too (H1)
It should be in the body too.

Here is the scheme of my landing page. It's ok to use H2 tag for hotel names? Because all SEO recommendations are saying, that the structure must be h1>h2>h3

Do you mean that the structure must be in that order (h1>h2>h3) on the page? I think what you have on your lp is fine, with hotel names in h2.
In your first post, why don't you have an h2 tag? Many h3's but not 1 h2.
In your URL structure; why do you have 'hotels' separate from country? Why not make it /'countryhotels'/xxx or 'cityhotels'?
So you are targeting the whole world? Do you think you can compete against the big guys like Expedia? Why?

All my hotels are in a specific niche. Some landing pages already ranking in the first page, on 2-4 positions. I have some hotels, which are also on the 1st page of Google, leaving behind some big brands. Because this is my free time project, I'm trying to learn SEO and also experimenting. What I'm are not doing - backlinks. I'm not buying any of them. All backlinks are natural, that's why I have just about 10 quality (with higher DA PA) backlinks.
