Localbitcoins.com or paxful.com. You can buy bitcoin with cash in person. No ID, but they will see who you are. Probably not as a big of a deal as you would think. You can also do cash deposit at a bank, but sometimes they ask for an ID. Forget about buying from an exchange, they ask for all your identity docs and make you wait.

Bitcoin ATM's dont require ID I think but they do require a mobile number sometimes.

thanks a lot guys,

how about some exchange sites?
like paypal to bitcoin etc.

it can be totally anonymous if I use a gaypal?
how u guys think?
the fee will be deducted though, it can be ok

It's not anonymous if you use PayPal. You can try your hand at stealth accounts, but anybody giving you bitcoin for PayPal will want way too much documentation. Cash in person through a 3rd party is probably the best way to go.

yeah i meant Gaypal - stealthy one.

You can buy Bitcoin using localbitcoin and meet The seller in real life ( Cash method ) or you can use your paypal / BANK account buy ethereum or monero and after that Exchange them to Bitcoin or Bitcoin Make an Exchange For another cryptocurrency and change them back to Bitcoin ...
