sharing to groups, how many posts per day

I have a few differnt fb accounts, I want to start sharing content from my page to some groups. How many posts / groups should i post in per day per account?

Don't you know nothing? Since the last update, it has been 7.38 seconds or 10.11 seconds.

4.58 will give you an insta-perma-ban because everybody and his dog is doing 4.58

Depending on the age of your fb account, I would say 10 posts per day with a minimum of 30 minutes pause between.
