Want to know a VPS provider name.

Hi, I am in search of a VPS provider who provided VPS with 38.96.158.142 this IP. I search a lot but didn't find the provider. Can anybody help me to find this provider? I only have this IP address and access to this VPS.

According to Hurricane Electric (https://bgp.he.net), the ISP is PSINet, a subsidiary of Cogent.

There's no way to tell if they're providing the VPS themselves or merely providing transit for another hosting company, but they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Why not ask the company directly? If you have a legitimate reason to know that information, they will point you in the right direction.

Enotch Networks VPS, I couldn't find their working webpage though, all of them is under construction or wants to login without any homepage. why do you need this provider? if you are looking for a cheap vps provider pm me
