Hey Guys!
I hope You are fine.

I have a query in my mind. For example i want to rank for a short tail keyword which has the competition of more than 50 (According to AHREF). So, I must target first long tail related keywords of my main primary keyword.
So, I want to ask if i have to create unique content of each long tail keyword with unique url and do the internal linking with my main short tail keyword or I just include all of the long tail keywords in my single content?

It is always better for any keyword to have its own URL :)
Yes i know, but for related keywords i must use this?
I have one more strategy that is:

i make one page of my main primary short tail keyword, and make all related queries seperate pages and add canonical url tag to my main primary keyword, will it pass the juice and help in ranking the main query ?

Yes different URL is a good option to go with and add the links to your main keyword article from each post.

It's difficult to get rank short tail high competition keywords quickly but you can long tail keywords ranking easily.

If they are long tails then use this also for them. Doesn't matter if they are related: they are different keywords.

And no. Canonical is used when the content is duplicate content, but in this case it would be different content for each keyword.
