I received a review copy of this service from @Finn. As with all of his other services, I expected a certain level of quality and communication, and a high-value final product. What was delivered exceeded expectations, and fully cemented Finn in my eyes as a Swiss (or Austrian) Army Knife SEO services provider here on BHW.
The links provided were overdelivered significantly regarding count. I spot checked several of the links in each category this morning (after close to two months of the service provided being completed). Everything provided was still live, and the quality was quite high, especially for the price point. There were also several extras that came along with the zipped report file.
Regarding rankings, I have seen some boosts resulting from this package, and it has taken an Amazon Affiliate site I hadn't put a ton of time into to the point where it is ranking well for mid X,XXX terms on a high $XXX price point product, and is now earning me commissions.
Communication was excellent throughout, and Finn exuded his usual politeness through the whole process. I have never had a bad conversation with him, and I have had many chats with Finn in the past. Additionally, all communication was performed right here on BHW, which is always nice as it provides a single source in case of any issues.
There are not many SEO service package providers here on BHW that I would recommend to people. But @Finn is by far one of them.

@Finn has my business, was very polite, patient and answered every question before I went ahead which gave me so much confidence.
All of my keywords moved up! (#36 to #13)
Main keyword that I purchased the service for is on the second page of google now. I'm hoping that the other keywords gets on the serps eventually, but I'm confident it will with this type of service. Very impressed, and I will definitely use Finn again once I finish worthy content on my website.
Hope to get some more movement in coming few weeks. I have got huge results in last set of orders with Finn.
