Account Seller amazon help me

Hi everybody.
I was trying to create a amazon seller account, I tried to create 6 accounts on different computers and not approved by amazon, they told the papers are not valid. Although I used a payoneer, a government-issued driver's license. but 6 none. Do not know if anyone has been like me, everyone is discussing and asking me how to solve this problem

Amazon is cracking down hard on multiple seller accounts since it's easier to manipulate reviews and sell junk products while leaving them with the bill when returns come in 90 days
