Go to your local store, buy some paper and pens and write some ads for odd jobs, then post them in shop windows. Earn some money to start, you'll need a lot more than that. I did it 30 years ago to start my business

try to learn something basic skills with help of youtube, for example learn how to make fancy graphic materials with free software, then find someone who need your help and work for him for 200-300 usd per month, then try to understand other methods

I started IM with even less than $3, porn reupload (I'm not very proud of what I have done). $0.8 on an .us domain then I started upload videos on home ip. But at that time xvideos is less strict than nowadays. With this method I think you can make $1-2$ daily after one month uploading. (if you account wont get banned).

With 3 bucks you cannot really invest and expect to make a return on that. If you walked into a bank and said here's my 3 dollars, how much will that be worth in a year they would tell you 3 dollars.

Either find some gigs or turk and boost your funds slowly or start building a traffic source you control for free, via insta, youtube, facebook etc. Lots of threads here to help you on that.
