Both have merits. Amazon you need 3 qualified sales so they can manually review your site if you are new.eBay doesn't do that. Depends on your niche

Yes both are different from each other, so the traffic also differs. It is better to choose a best afiliate program which would help you to get more successful in affiliate.

It completely depends on your targeted niche. Both have there benefits. I have personally used Amazon and can say they are very good.
