So here is my review of using them for Bing scraping.

Most of the time half of the proxies weren't working (either 9999MS response time if it didn't timeout).

The ones that were working... were okay. I tried replacing non-working proxies but it made things only worse or getting a replacement that didn't work. Choosing other locations didn't help me for some reason.

Obviously, test for a month or free trial before going for the bigger package.

I used dedicated US proxies. Not sure how backconnect or shared work tho.

Kindly ensure that you perform the right authorization for proxy access - if the proxies aren't working, it is most likely you did not wait 15 minutes for the authorization to take effect (or there may be instances you could be juggling between the authorization type during your test), and hence without proper authorization being enforced on the proxies, the proxies will not work respectively. I am wanting to have my proxies to be all located at Los Angeles, California. I have observed an auto rotated locations to my proxies, sometimes it is in Illinois and sometimes I can see it in Dallas. Please make an instant adjustment to my proxies. All I need is Los Angeles, California Proxies.

Almost all of the proxies are in Dallas even though it is set to LA, California. Just in case there are no such available proxies in LA. Please do the refund

My apologies, but we did a check on the proxies a while earlier, and the proxies were all working accordingly - kindly ensure that you set appropriate interval if you were accessing a service, particularly google, as any IP addresses (even your residential IP), would get blocked, if you access their service at an unnatural pace, due to the unnatural pattern generated in the process.
