After you have 15 posts, does the yellow button apper instantly? Or do you have to wait a period of time for it to apper?

You might have to wait for the system to catch up with your post count but it shouldn't be too long. If the conversation button doesn't appear after 24 hours contact support for advice.

Took me a while to realize that it will take that much to really get my account up to that ratio. That means gotta be quite active.

I mean, @Don't Panic did spend considerable time on that post to make sure you knew when you could PM and why you could not at this stage in your BHW journey.
