why aren't these people getting copyright strikes ?

@feedyourbrain that's how they tricked the copyright system. In 1 videos let's say you have 2 part : images and sound.
Image got copyright (like some talk show they copyrighted it) then you put in static clickbait image showing something related to that topic of videos
Sound got copyright , then you write down script in that videos and use your own voice over the same script. It's not the same voice but at least you got right script then people can still watch it

You don't know it work until you do and it actually work, unless somehow google step up their copyright system
These channel they are smart and i can say they know what they are doing, even you report them they can even comeback stronger than before.
They are grinding money with multiple monetized accounts, lost 1 accounts mean nothing to them.
If you have 1 monetized accounts then I don't think you should do it even you know how to do it just by observe and duplicate their video, because in the end of the day it's about money .
They will take down their competition like reporting your video, false claim, fake ads click ..., do everything to grow their empire and make more money.

Keep lurking on youtube you may find many thing more interesting that people actually grinding right now.

Naruto is copyright,I tried to grow one channel,videos copyright and shiet,I know person who had 100k naruto channel and was earning good money but at around 100k youtube closed account because of copyright,but guess what,go naruto youtube and you will find bunch of naruto youtubers with exact same videos up.I was like fk this bs.Would like to know tho why it works this way,i did enjoy playing with videos.

Thank you for your detailed answer sir , as u have said i can duplicate their work and get the same quality they produce i actually tried that in one of my channels but didnt feel like doing that for a living , for now i produce my own content although im a bit slow i feel satisfied my goal is to grow my channel within a year . hell yeah i will keep an eye on whats going .

the channel has striked after a complain. in this case they will get a strike if the author of the original video makes a complaint

May be those video is under "Creative commence"
In this sections video you can use it without copyright issue. just search your niche in youtube and filter results and select "Creative commence"
this all videos you can use without copyright issue.
